Goal

Workers, Managers and Participants have entered feedback responses in the Performance Document - Questionnaire section. Once the feedback has been submitted, the formatting of the responses entered is lost. When viewing the questionnaire responses, the data entered appear in single line without any paragraph breaks.

Is it possible to preserve the formatting of the text responses entered in the questionnaire?
