Task Reassignment : Not All Tasks Are Not Made Available for Reassignment

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 17 and above

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When logged into Primavera Unifier, Tasks for a specific user show in a workspace, however if you log out as the user and log in as an administrator and go to the Task Reassignment node in the workspace no Tasks are made available for reassignment for the specific user.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All Tasks for all users should be available for reassignment.

STEPS
-----------------------

  1. Log into the Primavera Unifier environment
  2. Proxy as the end user and access a workspace to see any of their assigned Tasks and take note of the Tasks that are listed
  3. Log out as the user and log in as an administrator account
  4. In the workspace ensure that Admin Mode is selected
  5. In the left hand navigation pane select the User Administration node and then select Task Reassignment
  6. Search for the end user that was previously logged in to see that there are no Tasks listed or sort the list of All Tasks by Assignee to see that there are no results showing for the user

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, the administrative user(s) cannot see all of the Tasks that are within the specific workspace that need to be reassigned.
