Purpose
Starting with P6 EPPM r18.6 (Cloud Only Release):
Multiple versions of P6 Professional can be installed side-by-side on the same computer.
This improvement will enable customers to upgrade one environment (for example, stage) to a newer version for testing purposes before upgrading in Production.
The purpose of this document is to provide reference documentation for how the side-by-side installation will work.
Scope
Side-by-Side Installation is supported with monthly release patch sets only. Side-by-Side is not supported with interim patch set releases.
