Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

When attempting to convert a Lead into Opportunity,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
Attribute OpportunityType_c in OpportunityEO is required.


Replication Steps
1. Navigate to Leads application
2. Edit a Lead or create a new Lead
3. Convert the Lead to an Opportunity
