Fusion Global Payrol: Unable to Rehire Employee, Get HRC-1035165, JBO-27024, PAY-1635836

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Terminated employee was rehired with the wrong date. The rehire was backed out by canceling work relationships. Now user can not rehire the employee with the correct date.
Get a message that says "Failed with Errors" Task Number 357538....HRC-1035165 You must reinitiate the transaction.
To rehire the employee:
Navigate to My Workforce > Person Management
Search for employee
Check Include terminated work relationships
Change Effective As-of Date to 04-18-2018
In the Actions button, select
Personal and Employment
Create Work Relationship
Enter the required fields to rehire the employee, pressing “Next” after each screen.
On the last screen, press “Submit”
To see the error message, select the “Bell” icon at the top of the page.
Same steps were performed in another pod and it worked perfectly.
