Single Sign On Not Working For FCCS Module (Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) (Doc ID 2394314.1)

Symptoms

  Customer configure federation SSO between oracle fusion application cloud Environment and FCCS. When users attempt to login using Company Sign On option on Chooser Page they get the error message

Your Account is not set up with Oracle Cloud yet. Please contact your System Administrator.

 

Steps to verify:

1.  Access FCCS URL

2.  User will get the chooser login page above

3.  Click Company Sign In, user will get login page from fusion application

4.  Enter login credential, user will get an error
