'Unrestricted Enrolments' tab is End Dating Non-Recurring Element Entries (Doc ID 2394488.1)

If you navigate the 'Unrestricted Enrolments' tab within the benefits portal and exit, even without making changes, it causes the non-recurring element (which had been applied for via the benefits portal) to be removed incorrectly from an employees element entry.

I believe by clicking into this tab, it creates a new unrestricted life event however this is incorrect as we are having issues where the element is being deleted for employees incorrectly.

The non-recurring element entry should not be deleted if you navigate to 'Unrestricted Enrollments' tab

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Unrestricted enrollments – set Effective Date 27/02/18 and then exit without making any changes
2. Navigate to Element Entries > Set Effective date 27/02/18 : see that the Benefits elements are not showing for that employee

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the previous element entries once navigating to 'Unrestricted Enrollments' tab
