Goal

After creating a new user in Production Identity Manager, the user attempts to login to Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) Cloud Application and is prompted to change password and answer security questions -- as expected. Upon hitting Submit, the user is taken to a page with a Hyperlink to "Login" but clicking the link returns:
