Symptoms

Attempts to configure EBS using Identity Cloud Credentials with knife (chef) results in error: - FATAL: - Failed to connect to Oracle Cloud API(https://compute.eucom-north-1.oraclecloud.com/)!
Attempts to configure EBS using Traditional Cloud Credentials with knife (chef) results in error: - FATAL:- 401 Unauthorized: {"message": "User /Compute-domainid/username@domainname is not permitted to perform \"imagelist.get\" on imagelist"/oracle/public/"}
