Credit Memo is Not Using the same Account from Subledger (XLA) Tables when Created Against an Invoice
We have SLA rules for invoice accounting that derive the accounting based on transaction line flexfields. We need credit memos that credit these transactions to use reverse out of the same account.
We have the profile options Use Invoice Accounting for credit memo as 'Yes' but that doesnt work because it just copies the transaction distributions accounts and not the actual account from SLA.
We cannot define SLA rules for the credit memo based on the line flexfields values of the invoice it was applied to because I dont see that as a source in SLA.
How do we ensure that credit memos cancel the accounting of the invoice that has been credited.
