Goal


Dependent Eligibility Profile Criteria unavailable for Gender and Tobacco Use required for Life Benefit Rates.

Client implementing Benefits, requirement is include a variable rate for Spouse Life Insurance based on the following Criteria: Age, Gender, and Tobacco use. However, the system does not have criteria available under Eligibility Profile > Dependent for Gender or Tobacco Use even though these fields are recordable on the Benefits Service Center > Manage Contacts form.

Please advise on how best to deliver this requirement
