Symptoms

When Recruiter or other assignee is attempting to access I9 Form Part 2 from the URL in the notification, it results in: "An error has occurred. An error occurred while trying to access the application provider. Please contact your system administrator. Invalid request parameters task ID is missing."

The candidate's access to the screening service works fine.
