Error while creating CRM Accounts when there are similar existing accounts

Users (Sales Rep) receive various types of errors(attached) when trying to create a new Account in the CRM.
The CRM detects Possible Duplicates and suggests that there are accounts similar to the one entered and will not let the user proceed with Account creation.
We would like to have someone assist us with resolving this quickly,as I would say although not critical, this issue does affect our business considerably.
Please refer to attachments for errors.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as SalesRep and try to create similar Account like existed account
2. Then it is asking similar account found do you want to proceed then click proceed
3. click Save then getting error each and every time getting different errors not the same error
4.But it is working as expected while creating different accounts.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create accounts.
