Blank White/Frozen Screen When Clicking "DONE" On Manage Orders Screen

When user navigates to Manage Orders and if user clicks on the Done - user sees a blank screen
The page shows only "Order Management" with empty page contents.
Expect the Done button to take back to the Order Management Home screen.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Order Management
2. Tasks -> Manage orders
3. Do the desired search or do not do anything at all !
4. Click Done -> System hangs
