Symptoms

Reevaluate Designee Eligibility Process is creating multiple Loss Of Eligibility Events in Detected status. This process is scheduled to run daily.

For example:
a) Consider an employee who has a child turning 26 in March.
b) Reevaluate designee Eligibility is scheduled to run daily and it created the Loss Of Eligibility on the person record on the day the child turns 26, which is as expected.
c) The event does not process successfully as the person record has a pending action item that needs to be resolved.
d) The Reevaluate designee eligibility process is run the subsequent day , and again a Loss Of Eligibility event is created and this continues until user resolves the action item (Life event is created daily)
