R13UPG: Custom Lead Menu Button Is Not Available Anymore (Doc ID 2395459.1)

On : version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

Leads Custom button is missing. Customer is assuming issue came via stage patch in the 1st week of April.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Leads
2. Select a Lead
3. On the Lead edit page, the custom button is missing
