Allow International Payments Flag Not Set For External Bank Accounts Loaded Through The Batch Loader (Doc ID 2395592.1)

Goal

On release 11.12.1.0.0

 

The customer loaded employee bank accounts through the Payroll Batch Loader successfully.

They can't process payments outside Luxembourg bank account because the bank accounts created through the batch loader do not have the Allow International Payments flag set to Yes.

Could a data fix be applied to set the flag to Y?
