On : 18.4 version, Cloud: Schedule, Progress and Tasks

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Slow Performance Scheduling

During a Project Scheduling, a user has to wait more than 30 minutes. No error code.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Scheduling should not take that long.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
   1. Schedule a Project.
   2. Observe it takes a long time.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot Schedule a Project in a timely manner.
