Last updated on JUNE 20, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources Cloud Service - Version 11.13.18.02.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
R13 Upgrade Rehires not showing up after Rehire Completes Successfully

Rehires not showing up after Rehire Completes Successfully.
It is seen after searching with checking 'Include Terminated Work Relationships'. Shows assignment-status as 'Inactive - Payroll Eligible'.
This is happening after R13 Upgrade.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Rehire should show in Person Management search as Active assignment.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Rehired through UI
2. Transaction Approved
3. Search in Person management but assignment does not show Active.

When approvals are enabled, all the edit flows(Create Work Relationship, Global Transfer, Edit Pending Worker) fail after the final approval. With bypass approvals, this issue doesn't occur. This happens especially when the PII data(Address, NID, Passport, Visa) is fetched from the database is part of the transaction.
