Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Visualizer still shows second grouping when first grouping is set to Indent to All Levels.

When grouping by multiple items in the Client, if the first item is selected to Indent, the second grouping is lost, however, in Visualizer, when doing the same, the Layout still gets grouped by the second item until you go back and view the Options and Group & Sort again and redraw the Layout.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For the Layout to not show the second grouping when the first grouping in Group & Sort is set to Indent to All Levels.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Visualizer.
2. Open TSLD.
3. Select Project, Next.
4. Create a new Layout by giving it a name.
5. Select Options.
6. Go to Group & Sort.
7. Add Activity Code and uncheck Indent.
8. Add another Activity Code.
9. Select first code and check Indent.
10. You should notice it removes the second code, but if you select Save and Draw, second grouping is showing.
11. Go back to Options, Group & Sort. Click Save and Draw and it is also gone from Layout.

If this is done within the Client itself, the second grouping is removed from Group & Sort and from the Layout when clicking Ok from within the Group & Sort window. Visualizer should do the same when clicking Save and Draw.

BUSINESS IMPACT
