Transfer Details Screen Closes Unexpectedly When Accessing From the Transfer Header Screen (Doc ID 2395776.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Services 16.0.0.24, Transfer detail screen cannot be viewed if TSFDETAIL.TSF_QTY < TSFDETAIL.SUPP_PACK_SIZE.

Steps to reproduce:
--------------------------
1.Create a Transfer with transfer qty lesser than supp_case_size. (Tasks > Inventory > Transfers > Create Transfer).
2.Open the transfer detail screen. (Tasks > Inventory > Transfers > Manage Transfers).
3.Transfer detail screen is not opening.
