How To Restrict Duplicate Locator Name In Different Inventory Organization (Doc ID 2395854.1)

Goal

How to restrict user from creating duplicate locator name across Inventory organizations.

For example -

1. Let's say we have INV1 and INV2 as two INV Organizations.
2. SUB1 is a sub-inventory under INV1 and is locator controlled with name LOC1.
3. SUB2 is sub-inventory under INV2.
4. Now, if user try to create a Locator LOC1 under SUB2, the system should restrict it.
