ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Employee can view payslip/personal payment methods for other employees
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Employee should not be able to see payslip/personal payment methods for other employees.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to My Team
2. Check for Payroll Tab on Actions. The Line Manager should not be able to get the "View Payslip" option.
