Custom Images Are Broken In Analytics Report (Doc ID 2395990.1)

Symptoms

On OAC/BICS, custom images are broken when it is displayed on Analytics Report. Particularly, when the report column contains image url and column properties data format is set to Image URL. 

The issue occurs across all browsers. Issue doesn't occurs when the same report is send by email.

Debugs on browser shows below error message.
