Symptoms

When attempting to log into the P6 Professional Client through Primavera Virtual Desktop, the following error occurs:

Error

Connection Progress - Secure Global Desktop Client
Trying application server <server name>
Starting execution protocol engine
Session failed: The Terminal Services license is invalid.
Session failed: The Terminal Services license is invalid.

 Steps to Reproduce

  1. Access the P6 web url.
  2. Provide login credentials.
  3. On the landing page, choose Primavera Virtual Desktop.
