Import map reporting success but lines not importing

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate data in the epg_system_items_interface and egp_item_revisions_interface tabs of the FBDI Template
2. Generate the CSV File
3. Load Interface File for Import
4. Run the Item Import process
5. Navigate to the Item -> Notice the Revision DFF has not been populated
