Unable to search for saved Mass Update requests

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When performing Mass Updates and clicking Save and Close, when going back to resume the transaction the saved transaction is not available.
Steps: Mass Update > Click Create > Enter name (Test Mass Update), effective date, action/action reason > Click Next > Select population > Click Next >Select new attribute > Click Save and Close or Click Save (either one). Go back to Mass Update work area and enter name, no results return.
