Fusion Global HR: Unable to Search for Saved Mass Update Requests

Symptoms
When performing Mass Updates and clicking Save and Close and then going back to resume the transaction, the saved transaction is not available.
To search for saved mass update requests, follow these steps:
- From the Navigator, click My Client Group > Mass Update > click Link ‘Create Mass Assignment Change’.
- Enter the following within Basic Details: Name (Test Mass Update), Effective date, Action reason.
- Click Next.
- Select population.
- Click Next.
- Select new attribute > Click Save and Close or Click Save (either one).
- Go back to the Mass Update work area and enter name, and see that no results return.
