Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot convert Pending Worker record to Employee after hire date is changed in Manage Work Relationship.
The record is visible in Person Management as Pending Worker but is not in pending worker list.
How can this pending worker be converted?
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see pending worker record in New Person - where all pending workers are listed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Created Pending Worker manually with proposed start date as dd/mm/yyyy
2 - Pending Worker record is now visible in Pending worker list (New Person)
3 - HR Specialist changes hire date with x days earlier by navigating to Manage Work Relationship and changing dates
4 - After this, Pending Worker record is not visible in New Person list.
