Outlook: ZOE-435050 - No Installer Could Be Found For The Package Associated To The Role USERNAME (Doc ID 2396663.1)

Symptoms

While importing an Outlook custom package, the following error message shows up:

 

ZOE-435050 - No installer could be found for the package associated to the role USERNAME

 

After closing the error box and trying to activate the custom package, another error message shows up:

The client deployment package is not valid because it is missing one or more client configuration file types. The missing file types are Manifest.xml widget_controllers.js package_res.fi_FI.xml package_res.pl_PL.xml generate_mapping.js item_ex.js security_utils.js fsn_helpers.js actions.js link_descriptors.js forms_12.zh_SG.xml ext_helpers.js package_res.zh_TW.xml toolbar_manager.js form_helpers.js package_res.de_DE.xml validator_descriptors.js business_logic.js handler_manager.js generate_toolbars.js customization_helpers.js package_res.nn_NO.xml security_manager.js package_res.nl_NL.xml package_res.ro_RO.xml MetaInfo.xml xslt_format.xsl package_res.fr_FR.xml product_logger.js raw_item_functions.js inheritance.js autoresolver.js lookup_view_defs.xml md5.js platform_configuration.xml InternalFilters.xml data_sources.xml activity_processor.js idle.js actions_support.js package_res.ko_KR.xml . (ZOE-435039)
Cause The deployment package is not associated with all of the required client configuration file types.
Action Add all necessary client configuration files to the deployment package before validating and activating the package.
