Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

Customer is unable to reject Leads after Rel 13 upgrade. Getting error.

ERROR
-----------------------
The value of the attribute ResourceId is not valid.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Open the Lead
2. click on Reject button
3.Capture Reject reasons
4. click submit
5.Getting error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reject Leads after Rel 13 upgrade.
