Perform an investigation when the following issue is encountered, and can apply for candidate lists or requisition lists:

A field is not available to be selected in the List Format field selector window in Configuration > Recruiting - Administration > List Formats >[select context] > Columns for this format > Add...
A field that is part of a list format is not displayed to the user in Recruiting.
