Country Code Shows Partially In Account Page (Doc ID 2396708.1)

On : version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

The country code of the phone numbers is not shown correctly anymore on contact page
For Germany it’s +49, but just 4 is shown.

The country code field should display the value fully and not partially. User shouldnt move the cursor left and right to see the number

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OSC
2. Navigate to Account-> Drilldown on Account
3. Observe the country code +49 => Only shows 4

Business impact not provided. However, based on priority of the issue, the business impact seems minimal. Customer insists that Sev should stay as 2 for a display issue
