Goal

Is it possible to provide user access to a specific sub-folder and have them also access the top folder and not the other sub-folders under that top folder?

For example: When user has access to sub folder 1, they will be able to see/access the Top folder that the sub folder 1 resides in. But will not see/access the other existing sub folders.
