Information in this document applies to any platform.
On any Oracle cloud hosted Unifier environment:
Expected Result: Clicking on the link supplied in the email Unifier sends the user should be taken to the Unifier login screen.
Actual Result: When the user triggers the action either of the following is returned, depending on the browser being used
This site can't be reached localhost refused to connect
Unable to connect
Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at localhost.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
Because of this the users cannot utilize the login link found in the external email notification.
