Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Multiple Users able to execute the same Task at same time

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Should not allow to execute the same Task by the multiple users

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to RF
2. Select option execute the Task
3. Select the Task number
