An Use'sr Icons Are Not Available After Upgrade (Doc ID 2396814.1)

   After upgrade to R13, an user lost almost all icons in the fusion application home page except MarketPlace icon


Steps to verify:

1.  Login to fusion application as the problem user

User will see only one MarketPlace icon in the fusion home page




 Upgraded from R12 to R13
