Issue While Updating Service Request Record Via File Import (Doc ID 2397193.1)

Customer is trying to update few fields in SR records. In the file, they have used SR ID and fields which needs to be updated and they have uncheck the import option for "Execute Groovy scripts and workflows".

An error is raised saying cannot pass title as NULL.
