Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion, 11.13.17.11.0 version, Trying to import receipts via spreadsheet is ending in error

ERROR:

The customer is invalid (FUN-720163)

WHAT IS WORKING
--------------------------------
Entering the receipt manually using the create receipt page is working fine

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting to be able to import receipt


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Receivables > Account Receivables
3. Go to Receipts > Create Receipts in Spreadsheet
4. Try to create the receipt and observed the error described appears
