Accessibility Feature Screen Reader Tab, shift and keystrokes (Doc ID 2397237.1)

Oracle Fusion Applications is designed with accessibility features that support assistive technologies, such as screen readers. The platform is used by several visually impaired and it is necessary to click on the Enter tab while also holding down the SHIFT to activate the vocal synthesis. This functionality is not working correctly. when the user is logged in accessibility in general to switch from one tab to another simply click the Enter button, while what we have verified is that the system is forced to click the Enter tab while also holding down the SHIFT to switch. This is inicorrect.

In any platform the visually impaired click on Enter to switch from one tab to another, but in HCM we are forced to click the Enter tab while also holding down the SHIFT to switch. Seems system is not working as designed.
