FCCS is showing that some historical accounts have "Rate Override". However, all "FCCS_Historical" accounts were setup as "Amount Override" (Doc ID 2397262.1)

Symptoms

Users does not have any accounts/rates values under Historic Rate override account as they are marked with Amount Override. When they export data for Amount Override members they are seeing values for rate override as well.

Changes

 The Historic Rate Override Account was first made to rate override and data was entered but when it was changed to Amount override and removed the rates from system they did not delete the data from the particular POV
