Users Do Not Receive Email When 'data.organization' Variables Are Part Of Its Template

Symptoms

The user is not receiving an email (for example agent_forgot_password) when company name and logo (data.organization.name and data.organization.logoURL) fields are used in the corresponding email template.

If data.organization.name and data.organization.logoURL variables are removed from the template, it works fine.


For the example of agent_forgot_password the server logs show the following error:
