Text Mails Received By Mailboxes In Unifier Do Not Preserved Line Breaks In Unifier

On Unifier : Version

The new line breaks are not maintained and displayed in the Project/Shell Mailbox when external emails are created in Text format.

New line breaks should be maintained.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a new mail object with an external email interface (e.g., Outlook, Gmail)
    1. Rich Text format
    2. HTML Format
    3. Text Format
  2. When the mails are received by the Project/Shell Mailbox in Unifier open each one and notice that the line breaks are not being maintained for any object that was created in Text format.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see line breaks in Unifier for any mail object that was created in Text format.
