Survey will not clear for subsequent visits

The customer needs to execute the same survey for each Account at a frequency of more than once a week in Retail Execution. However, when they rerun the survey, they always see the results from the first survey.
Is it possible to “delete cache” or execute a process every time a new appointment in Retail Execution, so the same survey account starts from scratch?
