OAC: The LBaaS URL for OAC Returns a 504 Gateway Time-out Error After Applying the Latest 18.2.1 Patch

An IDCS-enabled OAC Service Instance was created in an IP Network as per OAC : How to Create a Oracle Analytics Cloud Service with LBaaS/IDCS using IP-Networks (Doc ID 2384166.1)

After applying the latest 18.2.1 patch (released in April 2018), accessing OAC via the IDCS / LBaaS URL threw the "502 Bad Gateway" error. 

After disabling the HealthCheck in the Server Pool of the Load Balancer as per OAC: Accessing Oracle Analytics Cloud|DV Via The LBaaS URL Intermittently Errors Wtih '502 Bad Gateway nginx' (Doc ID 2388755.1), accessing OAC via the IDCS / LBaaS URL threw the "504 Gateway Time-out" error.

Users are still able to access OAC via the Public IP Address URL.
