Cannot Upload Attachment Into SR

Symptoms

When attempting to upload an attachment to My Oracle Support, the following message appears occurs.

MESSAGE

We have received your file, <File Name> , and are processing it, which can take some time based on factors such as size, complexity and system activity. Please check again later, we appreciate your patience.

STEPS followed

1. Using the My oracle support portal
2. Add an attachment
3. The following message appears in the attachment location "Transferring File to Service..."
4. The following message appears in the Service Request:
We have received your file, <File Name> , and are processing it, which can take some time based on factors such as size, complexity and system activity. Please check again later, we appreciate your patience.
