ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

R13 : Field Groupings(App Composer) not visible in R13 test environment

We noticed that Field groupings are not visible under App Composer Pages .How do we make it visible?

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After upgrade to R13
2. Navigate to Application composer select any object navigate to pages
3. Field group is missing
