Some users can not assign the Service Requests through the Assign to Me button (Doc ID 2398760.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Service Requests

When attempting to assign the SR,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Attribute set for AssigneeResourceId in entity ServiceRequestAM.oracle_apps_crm_service_svcMgmt_srMgmt_srMgmtService_applicationModule_ServiceRequestAM.ServiceRequest failed".


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Service Request icon and click on it -> Open the existing Service Request
3. Click on Action button.
4. Click on Assign to me.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot assign SRs to correct people..
