Screen Locks When Using Task Links From Notification Emails in PCS (Doc ID 2398850.1)

 When user clicks on the "View online" from Email Notification, the task screen opens up in workspace, but the screen is locked. User cannot perform any action.
 This issue happens only when Basic form is used, with webforms this does not happen
