Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
w2 are not available in the End of Year Tax Form
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
w2 need to be listed in the End of Year Tax Form
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Payroll.
2. Run Employee W2 report is processed in Final mode.
3. W2 is posted and available under Manage Document of Records
4. W2 Publish date as February 16th at the TRU level
5. Employee document delivery preferences Online and Paper.
3. 2017 w2 are not listed here
