Symptoms

File Imports not running after bounce.

After maintenance activities over the weekend, the import jobs are not running. They are stuck in 'Queued for Import'.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

File Imports should work as expected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Sales/Engagement Cloud application
2. Navigate to Manage File Import => Submit file import
3. Import jobs are not running

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
This is affecting data load activities in the environment and affecting project timelines.
